We are committed to living up to our ESG responsibilities and contributing to a more sustainable future for all.
ESG Initiatives
Part of our ESG compliance strategy is to publicise real world initiatives that we are actively undertaking in our pursuit of these goals. We will update and refresh these initiatives at least annually.
Energy Efficiency
We are in the process of implementing energy-efficient practices such as using LED lighting, programmable thermostats, and energy-efficient appliances in the office. We make use of lighting automation to control electrical lighting usage, and have implemented policy-level power saving options on computer hardware.
We have applied to a UK energy company that deals solely in renewable energy sources and, while they are not currently accepting new business enquiries, we are awaiting the opening up of this opportunity.
We seek, wherever possible to leverage cloud computing systems that are aligned with our commitments to low energy and high energy efficiency options such as Amazon AWS’ wide reaching commitment to sustainability as outlined here.
Waste Reduction
We have introduced a comprehensive recycling program for paper, plastic, glass, and other materials commonly used in the office.
We have minimised single-use plastics by providing glassware and coffee mugs to employees.
We enforce default double-sided printing and encourage the use of digital documentation to reduce paper waste.
We have engaged with an electronic waste recycling company to ensure that our WEEE waste is recycled appropriately and in line with our own commitments.
Telecommuting and Flexible Work Arrangements
We promote telecommuting and flexible work arrangements to reduce commuting-related carbon emissions and promote work-life balance for employees.
We routinely utilise video conferencing and other virtual collaboration tools to minimize the need for travel.
Green Procurement
We actively seek to source environmentally friendly office supplies, furniture, and equipment whenever possible. We have a supplier management process that incorporates environment controls and supplier evaluation around our ESG principles.
We will typically assess equipment purchases by looking for products with eco-labels or certifications indicating their environmental credentials, such as ENERGY STAR for electronics or Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification for wood products.
Employee Engagement and Education
We have an extensive policy set around the implementation and enforcement of our policies, including ESG, and conduct regular policy training to educate employees about the company's ESG policy and how they can contribute to its goals. We also encourage employees to share ideas and suggestions for improving sustainability in the workplace via employee feedback mechanisms baked into our HR practices.
Global Social Enterprise
We are heavily involved with a not-for-profit organisation that works to deliver grant funded medical software into developing countries to support national initiatives such as the fight against Anti-Microbial Resistance and infectious disease monitoring and control.
Carbon Offsetting
We are currently considering options on carbon offsetting at board level.
Green Transportation
We encourage employees to use alternative transportation methods such as walking, biking, carpooling, or using public transportation when commuting to work where possible. We offer bicycle parking facilities to promote sustainable transportation options.

No one understands your business better than you, which is why the work we do with our clients is collaborative.
