First we discuss which ISO accreditations you are aiming to fufil and your requirements based on your industry
Once the requirements have been collected, we visit your business onsite to see how your business currently runs to see which processes need aligning to ISO standard
After observing your business' processes, we begin the set-up and implementation of your ISO required documentation and new processes and discuss standard obligations
We will then run through a mock audit with you so that you can be prepared in advance
After successful completion of the mock audit we will list any recommendations and/or observations
