The stage was set as several members of our Digital team attended MAD//Fest 2024, the UK’s most distinctive and daring invite-only marketing, advertising, and disruption festival. With this year exploring ‘Fortune Favours the Bold’, our team was impressed with the inspiring and groundbreaking ideas that were shared across the three-day event.

Some of the key topics from this year’s conference included:

  • Recognising the growing role of AI in marketing while balancing this with the need for human and emotional connection. 
  • Exploring the creator economy and how Vodafone has started to use communities of influencers on the likes of TikTok. 
  • Discussing how marketers are becoming scared to take risks and yet these types of memorable campaigns can deliver key results.
