Rob joined the development team at Freebook Global Technologies in 2019. He has a degree in Computing tailored towards the web (eCommerce, usability and programming), and a number of years’ experience acquired from a previous web development role where he worked with an array of web technologies.
At Freebook Global Technologies, Rob is responsible for building a variety of sites for clients, providing website maintenance and support, and managing an ever-changing and expanding volume of projects.
With knowledge of a broad range of coding languages, development environments and the ability to problem-solve effectively, Rob fits perfectly into our dedicated development team.
What are your favourite things about Freebook Global Technologies?
I enjoy getting the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, being exposed to new technologies, working with a large team of people with varying skillsets and of course, working in a temperature-controlled office.
What does your Freebook Global Technologies role involve?
My role involves building fully functioning websites and eCommerce stores, fixing bugs found on client websites, maintaining and updating these websites, and integrating third-party applications.
What would your dream project be?
I would love to work as a developer for a project relating to a top Formula 1 team, whether this could be building a website or something else, any chance to be involved with the Formula 1 world would be amazing.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I like to exercise, particularly going to the gym and swimming, I enjoy keeping my car nice and clean, watching the F1, getting lost in a great video game, and eating.
