Originally working as a Project Manager in a previous role, Alicia’s career segued into account management after learning she preferred forging and maintaining long-lasting relationships with her clients. Having found her passion as an Account Manager, Alicia joined Freebook Global Technologies in 2024 to continue developing her role within a digital agency environment.
As one of our Account Managers, Alicia is responsible for the day-to-day management of a wide range of clients, helping them ascertain their requirements and schedule work with our many departments and disciplines. Alicia primarily assists our contract and support-based clients, helping them to develop and expand their online offerings whether through marketing or web design and development-based tasks.
Alicia’s natural determination to continually strive for quality and efficiency means she is instrumental in helping us deliver support to our clients in a timely and cost-efficient fashion, ensuring they get the best ROI out of their support contracts.
What are your favourite things about Freebook Global Technologies?
I love working within a company that can offer so many fantastic, high-quality, niche services; I truly feel that we can offer our clients a complete end-to-end digital service. I also love how supportive and welcoming my colleagues are, no question is too silly, and no favour is too big.
What does your Freebook Global Technologies role involve?
As an Accounts Manager, my day-to-day role involves supporting our clients with their digital needs by scheduling work resource with our many departments. I like to think my role goes beyond admin; my aim is to become a trusted advisor to our clients and help them build their business through Freebook Global Technologies’s extensive services.
What would your dream project be?
A cause that is very close to my heart is the promotion of sustainability and equality. I would love to collaborate with a prominent B Corp certified company in one of their creative marketing campaigns to help them increase awareness of a related key topic and help make the world a better place.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
As a naturally creative person, I love investing my spare time in one of my many artistic endeavours, whether that’s through painting, baking or even creating custom Christmas decorations! I also enjoy performing at weddings with my partner and producing relaxing ASMR videos to help people find five minutes of peace in their day.
