Luke started Freebook Global Technologies in 2005, along with his business partner James Fry. His career has always revolved around data, including databases, integration and data systems architecture, which remain core areas of his expertise and work. As the development director, Luke oversees project delivery, manages the team and resources, and is responsible for application design.
At Freebook Global Technologies, Luke has developed a unique set of skills and knowledge in integrating point-of-care medical devices with health information systems. His team of specialists are recognised as world-leading experts in this field.
Under Luke’s leadership, Freebook Global Technologies has grown and developed over the years, increasing its services and reaching industry-leading expertise. Luke’s understanding of how global connected health works makes him a pioneer in medical device connectivity.

At Freebook Global Technologies, we have an incredible group of very capable people and it’s a pleasure being able to work with them. I also thoroughly enjoy having the opportunity to focus on and deliver great projects and be a part of this quickly growing business.
What does your role at Freebook Global Technologies involve?
My role involves project delivery, account management, team leadership, application design and producing product and release documentation.
What would your dream project be?
My dream project would be to work with the NHS to drive efficiencies through improved system integration and solution design as a project engineering lead.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
My favourite activities outside of work are playing squash, spending time with my family, walking my dogs and socialising with friends.
